He has over 40 years of experience in instrumentation and over the past 25 years has been extensively involved in designing and recommending GPS/GIS Mapping systems and services. He has an MBA from Northwestern University.

In 1995 due to increased requirements for GPS location information along with source emissions data, the Principals added location option in their package of collecting real time GPS and fugitive emissions data. In the same year Applied Field Data Systems, was established to provide complete GPS/GIS Mapping solutions as well as software development services.
