The Requester is a personal (non-business) trust with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 which was not formed for the purpose of investing in any certain security and whose decision to invest has been directed by a person who has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that he is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of any investment.

We will limit the collection and use of client information to that information we require to deliver superior service to our clients, which includes advising our clients about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
