Applied Photon Technology, Inc. is located near the heart of Silicon Valley in a state-of the-art 10,000 Sq. Ft. facility. Founded in 2002 to design, manufacture and sell the highest quality linear flash and arc lamps, APT has grown to be a primary source of lamps for applications in the medical, industrial and scientific markets that require optimum reliability and proven quality. We count among our customers the leading manufacturers of laser and electro-optical systems for the markets we serve. Our facility was designed from the ground up,with virtually all new equipment allowing for optimum lamp design, fabrication and testing. Our manufacturing area is optimized for the efficient flow of material with computer work stations in key areas for data entry and retrieval. APT continues to achieve unprecedented levels of reliability and predictability by incorporating Six Sigma principles and by applying innovative approaches to production processes. Since the beginning, we have adopted and applied a philosophy and company culture that demand consistency in manufacturing control and we now have ISO 9000 certification pending.
