Dear Potential Clients: I am an independent Texas State Certified Residential Appraiser who is interested in performing residential real estate assignments for you or your company. This can be in the form of one of several types of appraisals and/or real estate consulting that results in a value estimate. Appraisal fees are competitive and flexible depending upon your needs. More about the services I offer can be found at Services . I have been active in the Houston metro area for over 21 years and have completed over 8000 residential appraisals. In the past ten years, I have concentrated primarily on the areas east of Hwy. 288 extending from Crosby to Galveston Island. Although I am most familiar with these areas, I have performed assignments all over the Houston metro area. If I cannot serve your needs, I will refer you to other real estate professionals who will be able to. Since about 1992, I have personally completed 2500 FHA appraisals. Some of my major clients include Countrywide, GMAC, Flagstar Bank, Secure Mortgage, HomeTrust, Bank of America and Washington Mutual. I have access to most major data sources, including the Houston MLS, the Market Data Center and Real Comp Tax Services. My hours are very flexible and I am available to view properties or for consultation at almost anytime with advance notice. Short report turnaround times are usually possible.
