Chlorinated solvents were discovered in groundwater beneath the site during the removal of an underground storage tank by ASE. Although the textile manufacturing facility had operated a dry cleaning unit in the 1970s, an extensive Phase I environmental site assessment by ASE indicated that some of the chemicals detected did not match the breakdown products of dry cleaning solvent (PCE).

Mr. Cannata has over 23 years of professional experience in environmental, construction and civil engineering, managing hundreds projects in the United States and abroad.
