Description

We started in the early 1980's as a Mountain Climbing Guide Service and were swept into the strong human potential movement at that time and began offering personal development and motivational courses. We were able to combine the best of technical mountian and rock climbing experiences with facilitated seminars and workshops that provided a very memorable high energy experiences. Close association and contracting work with many human development leaders such as Tony Robbins, Ken Druck, and Jim Cathcart eventually lead us into full scale work with Ropes Courses and Experiential Learning, primarily in Southern California, while at the same time offering climbing classes, and guided technical expeditions. Shortly thereafter, the first wave of the popular 'Leadership' movement allowed us to create the Executive Edge Program in conjunction with UCSD Executive Programs Department and the Leadership of Dr. Herman Gadon. Executive Edge was very successful and launched us into the world of corporate training and development. Through massive retooling and re-education and the development of our core staff we found ourselves teaching leadership courses, team building workshops, planning retreats and employee training events, still with a heavy experiential emphasis, but tieing curriculum to organizational goals and objectives. ...
