29.2. You acknowledge when you are acting as a Seller, that you appoint Exvo.com as your commissionair or agent for the delivery and marketing of Your Products, whether or not licensed by you, to other users of the Exvo Store. Exvo.com will market and make Your Products available for access and use by end-users through the Exvo Store, but for and on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in connection with your submission of Your Products to the Exvo Store.

29.1. The Services may offer you interactive features that allow you to submit Your Products on the Exvo Store and other parts of the Services. After submitting Your Products these are accessible, viewable and can be downloaded and/or sold to other users of the Exvo Store and the public.

58.2. Related to the previous section you understand and agree that Your Web Company will not contact and make any arrangements with a Workers outside the Company Store or other Services provided by Exvo.com. Any action that encourages or solicits to make such disintermediation is a violation of this agreement. If Exvo.com finds Your Web Company in violation of this article of this Terms, you will owe Exvo.com a payable penalty of 2.500 U.S. Dollars, your Account will be suspended or terminated immediately and Your Web Company is not able anymore to use the Company Account.

29.9. In the event that any country you designated to sell Your Products requires approval of, or rating of, Your Products by any government or industry regulatory agency as a condition for the distribution, sale and/or use of Your Product, you agree and acknowledge that Exvo.com may elect not to make that certain products available for download by end-users in that country from the Exvo Store.
