Rather than attempt to comply with all federal and individual state laws regarding warranty provisions, AR-7 Customized Accessories, LLC has chosen to offer no warranty with any of the products that it sells and / or manufacturers. However, in an effort to attempt to ensure your complete satisfaction and repeat purchases, please contact us should any purchase, product or service that you receive from us not meet or exceed your expectations. Individual manufacturers of products that we sell may offer their own warranty relating to the products that they manufacture.

Under no circumstances shall AR-7 Customized Accessories, LLC., any of its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, members, agents, venders or suppliers be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, personal injury or injury to property, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

It is impossible for us to control your use or adaptation of any of the products that we manufacture or sell. Firearms, and related parts and accessories, like many other tools, have the potential to be dangerous. Carelessness or misuse is dangerous and can result in severe injury or death. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability and/or serviceability of any of the products that we manufacture or sell for your application(s). Strictly adhere to all NRA published firearm handling and use guidelines and obtain competent training and assistance prior to use.

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express -- method of payment is charged when processed. All orders paid by check or money order will not ship until cleared. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax. Upon checkout, an email with order number will be sent -- method of payment is NOT charged at this point-- you will be charged when order proceeds to processing. Upon shipping, an email with your shipping information will be sent. Please note that we do not sell our customer emails and we value our customers privacy.
