Description
The Almanza family which has operated Patzcuaro’s Restaurant for over 30 years, is a Highland Neighborhood destination. ArcWest, Denver Architects has been hired for the commercial storefront design to develop a new front elevation and entry vestibule.
Arc West Architects is currently working with the owner of an existing office building in Thornton to provide a preliminary office interior design concepts for the core spaces. The ArcWest team worked the owner in 2012 to develop preliminary renovation concepts to attract future tenants for the office space. (See our earlier blog: Commercial Office Building | Proposed Renovation ) Now with a major tenant Avaya committing to lease portions of the building, the owner has initiated the architectural design improvements.
Former Future Brewing Company | Brewery Design The Brewery Design is done, the Building Permit has been issued, and Construction has begun for new Tap Room and Brew House for the Former Future Brewing Company.
Arc West Architects has been working with the owner, and real estate brokers, of an existing office building in Thornton to provide a preliminary concept for an exterior facelift and interior renovation. The primary goal is to utilize these conceptual images of the planned renovation in marketing materials to attract future tenants seeking office space in the area. Once interested parties commit to a lease the building owner will begin to implement the architectural design.
