Jim, Senior Manager, joins Arc Aspicio with a wealth of experience in law enforcement, Intelligence, and public affairs. For more than 27 years, Jim served as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, retiring as a Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) in the agency’s Office of Protective Operations.
