Prior to joining ARC, Mr. Sheehan was Managing Director at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, a private New York-based real estate investment manager, where he launched and managed the firm's international investment management business.

Robert J. Ambrosi, born in 1950, is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and founder of ARC Properties, Inc., and was founder, President, and Chairman of ARC Corporate Realty Trust, Inc., a public but non-listed Net Lease Property Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Ambrosi has over 35 years of experience in the acquisition, development and management of real estate projects internationally. He began his career as a real estate analyst at the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York.
