Description
Develops and manages a continuum of housing opportunities and options for low income, homeless and special needs individuals and families living in western Washington. Archdiocesan Housing Authority operates throughout western Washington providing refugee services, shelters, day center, transitional and permanent housing, along with those services necessary for people to live with dignity. Catholic Community Services operates in King County, providing case management, emergency assistance and homeless prevention services.
The ARCH Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) consists of twelve to fifteen community residents and housing professionals that work with ARCH staff to develop recommendations for the Housing Trust Fund and work program activities. The CAB forwards these recommendations to the Executive Board for approval. The CAB also helps coordinate various outreach efforts including the ARCH Community Housing Awards.
