The three generation family business , started by Federico Giumenta in 1945 and carried on by his grandsons Stephen and Anthony Giumenta, has transformed from a brass handle metal working business to a state-of-the-art custom design and fabrication facility. Architectural Grille’s work can be found in places like Citi Field, home of the NY Mets, as well as businesses and residences working with specialty interior designers like Kenneth Nilson who contracts with Architectural Grille for custom metal work.

By providing value-add services such as AutoCAD Drawings, BIM Files and ARCAT Specs Wizard , and fabricating/finishing your job in-house, we are able to provide designers and architects with reduced lead times caused by outsourcing, and deliver a wide range of custom products to assist with your design solutions – on-time and on-budget.

Architectural Grille manufactures custom bar grilles , perforated grilles , and egg crate grilles , as well as other custom products including made to order grilles. Our products are fabricated using the latest “State of the Art” manufacturing equipment including water jets, lasers and CNC turret shapers and lathes. We are a 3rd generation family owned company and extremely proud to have always been located in Brooklyn, NY. We hire local craftsman who are experienced in their specialized fields, and also are committed to training new people interested in learning the craft of metal fabrication. Being environmentally conscientious and understanding the importance of sustainable resources, we installed 80,000 square feet of solar panels on our roof in October 2013 to fully harness solar energy which will power our advanced technology and machinery on the factory floor.

Architectural Grille began as a Division of Giumenta Corporation. Founder Federico Giumenta Sr., started this family owned and operated company in 1945 under the name Utility Brass & Bronze.
