He is licensed to practice in 5 states, NY, NJ, CT, MD & PA and is NCARB Certified. He is also member of the American Institute of Architects, the Society of American Military Engineers and a Professional member of the Roofing Consultant Institute.

Over the years Mr. Tai has been responsible for preparation of design documents, assisting client agencies in selection of contractors, providing construction support services, project scheduling, project budgets, project closeout, etc. Mr.
