Our design philosophy is to provide simple pages at a reasonable price. Tags are limited to HTML 3.2 so that every browser can view the content. No frames, proprietary tags, java script, animation, or sound are used. You can view our sites with Netscape, Microsoft, AOL or Mosaic, including many older versions. There are no requirements for "plug-ins". We prefer several small pages to one large page to minimize download delays. We try to maintain a high aesthetic standard, but recognize that our purpose is providing information, not amusement. We also try to maintain good standards of language; grammar, spelling and taste.
