Mr. Rassel brings 5 years of experience in finance and management consulting. Most recently, Mr. Rassel worked in growth strategy consulting, with an emphasis on private equity owned businesses in the healthcare, financial services and consumer goods industries. Prior to that, he worked in equity research for UBS AG in New York. He remains active in the charitable community, in particular with the Born and Raised Detroit Foundation.

My Eisenberg has experience in business development, capital markets, investment banking and securities law, having formerly work with Christofferson, Robb & Company and the Marwood Group. Tony holds an MBA from Georgetown University and JD from the University of Michigan.

Founder and Partner of the Fund, Jonathan invests in growth-oriented businesses in the manufacturing, technology and services industries with heavy emphasis on underserved banking markets. Jonathan is Managing General Partner of Arctaris Michigan Partners, LLC, and the Michigan Income & Principal-Protected Growth Fund, LP, which invests in businesses which are either located or expanding in Michigan. He is also a Partner of Arctaris Capital Partners, LLC, and the Arctaris Income Fund, LP, which invest in royalty transactions nationwide.
