Suzanne is uniquely qualified for this assignment, having spent nearly 30 years in the banking industry in senior positions, providing credit approval, oversight and credit policy development and management for banks including Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and Mellon, before joining Ardmore Banking Advisors in 2012. Her career includes additional experience in management of middle market lending areas and troubled assets We are confident that Suzanne will continue to provide with the superior appraisal review service that Carl has for over 14 years.

Carl Chew , will be devoting most of his time to providing our Loan Review services, but has been working closely with Suzanne in the transition to her new responsibilities.
