Provides support to Genesys based hosted contact center clients. Monitors client contact centers technology, including systems, applications, routing, and network traffic. Overall responsibility for systems availability, capacity planning and management, system performance, configuration, software and hardware for Genesys contact center based applications. Gathers, analyzes, and translates business requirements, technology trends, and current system constraints into overall system and technology requirements.

Qualified candidates will be providing analytical support for technical projects related to data warehousing and business intelligence. Position Title: Associate Analyst, Pricing Location: Needham, MA Clearance: Secret Performs cost analysis and estimates for complex proposal efforts. 1. Performs cost analysis and estimates for proposal efforts, consistent with company policies, FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements. 2. Supports the capture/proposal team, assisting in the development of pricing strategies, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements. 3. Our client has openings for Business Systems Analysts in Topeka, KS. Successful candidates must be authorized to work in the US. USPS Security Clearance requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years and not have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days. This is a temporary position scheduled to last 6-9 months. The Analyst will play a key role in business and system procedures analyze business and system requirements, guide system integration and customer acceptance testing, develop analytical reports and other tasks as defined.
