Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position is responsible for developing and monitoring internal cost modelling for operational performance and making recommendations for improvement. You will continue to develop and own the costing systems, measuring, reporting and developing solutions to drive performance. As a maturing business, we are creating a cultural shift within the organisation from financial reporting to management reporting so you will likely have experience in an environment that values this over just reporting by numbers.
