His expertise ranges from subsea developments, deepwater drilling operations and downhole production to shipyard construction completions, contracts and project management. Mr. Burns provides an expert perspective supported by years of experience and an innate drive for success. As President of Argonauta's Marine and Subsea services, he works with clients to build long-term relationships that address the complex and specific needs of offshore drilling.

Neal Jackson has over thirty years of experience in financial management, working for both major oil companies and independents. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University at Kingsville, Mr. Jackson has the critical knowledge necessary for increasing accounting efficiencies to attain financial success.
