We use the information from our Product Idea form to help improve our product line from suggestions from our customers. And we use the information collected from online purchases in order to take online orders and deliver these products to our customers.

Since our company was founded in 2003, we have continued to develop and introduce unique and innovative products to the marketplace. Our product portfolio focuses on four core competencies: Liquid Handling, Benchtop Equipment, General Laboratory Consumables and Cryogenic Storage.

To return goods within 10 days of receipt, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for a Return Goods Authorization number. After 10 days, returns are subject to a restocking fee and the return request may be rejected. All returns must be pre-authorized by our company and shipped prepaid. Items we consider not returnable are: custom/special order products, chemicals or reagents, refrigerated items, expired or discontinued merchandise, or products that have been opened or used. Please check with our Customer Service Group if you have any questions regarding returns.
