Argus has two locations to meet your needs, each with local management and a core of professional employees. Argus Janitorial, headquartered in Spokane, serves the needs of businesses in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho with complete janitorial services. In Seattle, Argus Building Services provides Western Washington with a full range of facility maintenance solutions that includes janitorial services, but also encompasses the construction trades, handyman services and facility maintenance.

Our green cleaning approach is built into our process. We organize the workflow in our buildings so that we go from the top down – turning off lights as we go to reduce power consumption. Our floor care programs are designed so floors don’t have to be stripped and refinished as often, which eliminates excess water use and the amount of chemicals that are released into the environment. Our building processes utilize sustainable and/or recycled resources.
