Aria Group's production methodologies and systems are state-of-the-art and we produce products from just about every industry. Our production team works with customers on "one-off" custom requests starting from initial design concepts as well as working with customers on series production items. The production resources at our facility have been divided into highly focused, easily manageable "cells", with each cell emphasizing quality and craftsmanship of every unit produced. Our facility boasts severa 5-axis milling machines including the ability to machine parts up to 25ft long.

The Aria workshop offers a unique leather trimming facility. Aria’s years of experience in trimming full show car interiors has expanded to offering upholstery solutions to individual clients for luxury products such as private jets and luxury yachts. The department is well versed in sourcing and working with a variety of materials from OEM automotive leathers & Alcantara to custom tanned, printed and embossed leathers. Aria’s experience and knowledge in upholstering ensures the best quality and result for any interior design.

Aria Group's CNC machining facility provides 3, 4, and 5-axis milling capabilities, utilizing data provided by our clients or our in-house digital modeling/engineering team. the machine shop has been purpose built to provide fast, accurate solutions using advanced Numerical Controlled (NC) program software and a wide variety of materials from light foam, clay, and steel. Our machines have the ability to machine anything from customer aluminum wheels to a full size SUV or small airplane fuselage in one piece. The department utilizes the latest software such as CATIA v, Mastercam, and Surfcam NC to control the machines.

Aria's design staff has extensive experience in all areas of Industrial Design projects, from blue-sky conceptualization to execution for production. Our creative team develops a variety of ideation sketches and full digital renderings to help realize designs. Aria's designers are experienced in all formats of design from digital to clay modelling. Throughout every project, Aria maintains a consistent digital workflow that allows the client to review the design progress as it evolves from 2-dimensional illustrations to 3D photo realistic renderings to fully engineered prototypes.

Aria's Project Management team has developed a robust Project Management Framework focused on communication, customer requirements, and scheduling. Utilizing Microsoft Project along with an in-house developed database, Aria can effectively manage one-off, quick turn-around items as well as volume production runs. Aria understands that communication is key to an effective project management and our proprietary database allows us to provide customers with "at-your-fingertips" communication via our customer portal. Customers can check a project status, view progress images, and message the team.
