Aries Capital, LLC is a national full-service commercial mortgage and real estate investment banking firm specializing in custom structured finance for hotel, resort, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and special-use commercial real estate properties.

Leonard Smith is a real estate finance professional with over 35 years of experience in all phases of the financing, sales, construction and management of commercial properties. Previously, he was Vice President at Spark Financial Group, where he originated and structured financing for commercial, hospitality and multi-family residential real estate projects.

The Innisfree portfolio includes a Hilton Hotel and Holiday Inn Resort which are located adjacent to one another in the Gulf Coast community. The Hilton is the only full-service hotel in Pensacola Beach featuring over 30,000 SF of meeting space. The Holiday Inn Resort, only open for 18 months and the first new-construction property for the Holiday Inn Resort brand in the country, earned Innisfree the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) 2011 Developer of the Year Award and the 2012 Quality Excellence Award. Both properties are on land leases.

Eric Jones has a decade of experience in real estate sales and finance, operations management and client relations management, and is responsible for loan originations and underwriting for Aries Capital clients nationwide. He has been involved in over $320 million in loan originations across all property types since joining the firm in 2002.
