Arizona Body & Dance and Elysium Dance Designs offers you certified professional instruction, to give you the highest quality learning experience. Instructors are trained in body movements and adaptations that guide you through your dance safely and effectively in a fun environment where students have the opportunity to meet lots of new friends. Different programs are available for all ages and at several locations throughout the state of Arizona. Arizona Body & Dance and Elysium Dance Designs are both affiliated with Scooter Lee's Dancing for the Dream program founded by renowned dancer and instructor Jo Thompson and country singing personality, Ms. Scooter Lee. Dancing for the Dream is a non profit organization to promote line dance as a safe healthy exercise for those over 50 and is working toward its inclusion as a sport in the Senior Olympics Games.
