Prior to launching Arizona Land Planning and Development, Ms. Sheehy was the Director of Land Planning for Del Webb Corporation, then the nation's leading developer of lifestyle communities. Prior to that she owned a land planning consulting firm assisting clients with rezonings, use permits, variances, due diligence, land acquisition analysis, neighborhood outreach programs and purchasing or leasing Arizona State land. She received her national certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.
