Melissa started her Real Estate career in 1997, after returning to Phoenix where she was born and raised. Melissa received a Bachelors degree is Theatre Design from Occidental College. After college, she worked for the City of LA as well as with public/private partnership, mixed-use development producing entertainment in downtown Los Angeles. In 2005, Melissa received her Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license and in 2007, she earned the e-PRO designation, the only licensed Internet Professional certification through the National Association of REALTORS. With over twenty years in Arts Administration, Melissa focuses all of her logistical, visual, technical, and detail oriented skills fully on Real Estate. Having negotiated contracts with large movie companies, artist’s agencies and handled numerous high profile entertainers both in Arizona and California, she is very comfortable negotiating with other Realtors, Banks and Buyers/Sellers on behalf of her clients. During the real estate roller coaster of the last few years, Melissa consistently guided her clients through buying and selling. No matter whether the market was up or down at the time, most of her clients were able to either buy or sell with relative ease! You can count on Melissa to give you the hard reality of what needs to be done and the help to move you forward. She LOVES to golf, or read & play with her daughters every chance possible! Melissa strongly believes we must support the community around us & annually contributes to the Booker T Washington Child Development Center , the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure , the Juvenile Diabetes Walk and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix
