For example, prior to providing health care services, we may need to provide to your insurance carrier (or other third party payor) information about your medical condition to determine whether the proposed course of treatment will be covered. When we subsequently bill the carrier or other third party payor for the services rendered to you, we can provide the carrier or other third party payor with information regarding your care if necessary to obtain payment.

Our highly professional team is dedicated to making all of our patients feel as comfortable as possible. We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in every situation. Our staff is well trained, and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient.

Each member of our treatment team is either a Dental Assistant or a Dental Hygienist, meaning they are a licensed professional with many hours of training, and continuing education. Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients, and a proven record of the highest level of care.
