If unfamiliar or unskilled in a particular area of law, the client may be referred to an attorney who is familiar with or skilled in such matters. In any situation, the goal of this office is to see that clients receive the highest quality legal services at a reasonable fee. Fees and Costs This office strives to provide quality service for a fair fee. Time is the "stock in trade" of any attorney, so fees are often based on the amount of time spent. Sometimes the fee may be partly determined also by the complexity of the matter handled, the skill required to complete same, the results obtained and similar factors. Often, a flat fee for specific matters will be considered appropriate. Clients must agree on and be comfortable with the fee arrangements before legal services may be commenced.
