Description
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, graduated from Douglas College, Rutgers University in 1964 with a B.A. degree in Sociology. I have been in Los Angeles since that time. I received my teaching credential through UCLA and taught in South Central Los Angeles for eight years. Committed to making a difference in my teaching and need to be constantly challenged, my specialty was motivating disadvantaged children to want to have the language, reading, and math skills to better themselves.
