July 1, 2010 RE: Ownership of Arlington Development Dear Friend in Real Estate, I am writing to inform you that as of July 1, 2010 I will be the sole owner of Arlington Development. I have purchased Gary Watt’s interest in the company. I am pleased to announce that Mike Jensen, of Lepic-Kroeger Realtors will be Arlington Development’s Marketing Partner at our Eastside Iowa City Windsor Ridge and Stone Bridge developments. Dan Cilek of Lepic-Kroeger Realtors will be focusing on my Windsor West Development and Tom Lepic, of Lepic-Kroeger will be marketing my Arlington Ridge Development in North Liberty.
