Our system begins with high regards to pavement preparation. Having an extensive attention to preparation ensures us a solid foundation for all our services rendered. With our crack sealing process, we offer two methods of applying hot rubberized sealant in pavement cracks. One being bander applied and the other is wand applied. Both effective in sealing cracks, bander applied is a more uniform, minimum over band (which is the thickness of the band shouldering the crack) but labor intensive application compared to machine applied (wand) which is ideal on roadways and parking lots.

The final step in pavement maintenance and restoration is line striping. Whether it is the final touches on a repaired parking lot or just to restripe faded lines, we provide our commercial customers with approved paints and stencils to accommodate the needs of the consumer. We use line laser striping machines to deliver precise lines to new or existing layouts on parking lots, crosswalks and recreational courts.
