A-1 Arrow Disposal, Incorporated was built from the ground up. Jerry used to work for the company by loading dumpsters full of bricks for $5 an hour and worked his way up to purchasing the company. What began as a small hauling and waste removal company, with one truck, grew to be a professionally managed fleet of four trucks. To ensure the highest quality customer service, management is actively involved with each and every job. In fact, owner Jerry Frakes drives one of the trucks and personally answers every call that comes through. He then carefully dispatches his drivers to serve a wide variety of customers, including Charlotte-area roofing contractors, homeowners, and general construction contractors.
