Ordering Information We ship anywhere in the United States.We ship within 24 hours of processing your order. (Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.) In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, it will be listed on your invoice as being backordered. We do not ship backorders and you will not be billed for the backordered item. We guarantee all of our products for material quality and offer a full 100% refund or replacement product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Return Policy When purchasing, please be aware of the following points: We gladly accept all returns with the exception of personalized, embroidered, or screen printed merchandise. Personalized and printed merchandise cannot be returned. You must contact the Sales Department in order to make a return. Once your return is approved, the Sales Department will provide a return authorization code. This code must accompany the merchandise. All returned items must be in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product. Cancellations/Returns on Printed Orders There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. This will be in additional to any artwork, plate or other material and/or labor costs incurred at the time of cancellation. No credit will be given after 30 days of receipt of the order.
