While the equipment and personnel have changed over time, that idea hasn't. Another pledge has been added … “we’ll fit the way you work today and the way you’ll be working tomorrow. ” It's the main reason we still have customers who were with us in the early days. Quantity is no longer an obstacle for color printing. You’ll be amazed at the quality of our Xerox Document Centre ColorSeries. Want it big? Announcements Grand openings, open houses, special promotions, you name the occasion, we’ll design the appropriate look on a fold over or panel card or perhaps even a wild and funky design. However, we do not specialize in graduation or wedding announcements unless they are of a creative style that are not available through the specialty companies —we’ll be glad to give you a referral. Annual Reports An annual report is primarily a yearly financial disclosure publication required by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission of any publicly owned company or mutual funds company. Many private and charitable organizations, particularly those that accept donations, also send out reports to disclose, in a public manner, their financial activities. An annual report recounts the financial activity for the year; plus, it shares a vision of the company or organization’s future, which is sometimes represented in a straight numerical way or with the help of emblematic photos, art and design. From a design standpoint, an annual report can take many forms. It can be a full fledged, four-color orchestration or a modest, one-color printout. It can be in the form of a book, loose-leaf sheets, a poster, a brochure or just about anything conceivable. Christmas Cards To describe the Arrow Christmas card experience, we’ll name the three most popular types we do. First, as a business with a long mailing list, a card might include a colorful, seasonal design we will create for the cover. On the inside, along with your logo and message, we could print a color photo of your staff along with a list of everyone in the photo. In addition to the image of quality and pride in your business you will portray, this is a great way to personalize your greeting and help your clients identify the people with whom they do business. On the second popular type, a card might include a crisp black and white photo (we can convert from color photos) and a message offset printed on an ivory or cream single flat card with matching envelopes. Catalogs Whether you have five products or 5,000, Arrow has the experience to create an easy-to-use catalog. Direct Mail Now that’s smart marketing. Determine your target audience (or let us help you) and send a direct mailer. The recipient of a well-designed mailer can be motivated to action. And the name recognition (of your logo) is valuable. Door Hangers They require some legwork, but they can’t be ignored. Ask how we can create a custom door hanger for you. Manuals Once your customer owns your product, an owners manual is the connection they have to you. It represents your company and your product. A personal note is becoming more and more meaningful in our electronic society. Payroll Checks Arrow can custom print, number and perforate checks to meet your specific needs. Magnetic codes are not a problem —we can print them or you can print them on checks we print without the code along with your specific info on your laser printer —did you know that the toner/ink in laser printers is magnetic? Postcards A great idea for so many applications. Postcards can be created in a wide variety of sizes, stocks, and ink combinations —from one color ink on a colored textured stock to a full color photo layout on a smooth white surface. Postcards are a very effective, attractive, and inexpensive method of getting information out or getting information back. We can add a bulk mail permit, or a business reply permit, to make it easy for you to send or for your recipient to return. Postcards can be printed on larger literature or brochures with a perforation on the edge to punch out and return. Posters We’ve got something for you! If you need a large run of posters we’ll put it on the press, but if you need a short run, even one poster, we’ll print it on our Xerox Document Centre ColorSeries 50. Want it big? Talk to Arrow about your needs. Sequential numbering pieces is another service we offer. First the customized event ticket with the “admit one ” or “lunch card ” concept; Second, the “job ticket ” which could be a customized form, perhaps in duplicate or triplicate, or could be an open-end envelope to hold all the paperwork as a job flows through your system.
