Arrow Tech History Arrow Tech was founded in 1987 by Robert H Whyte and Burdett K Stearns. However, the story starts much earlier. Bob began his career at the Picatinny Arsenal in the 1960's as one of three Aero Ballistics Engineers in the laboratory. As the Viet Nam conflict heated up there was a continuous stream of requests for help in fixing ammunition performance problems.

Arrow Tech is a small business providing engineering services and analytical software products predominantly to the munitions industry. Our customers are prime contractors to the government and government agencies.

Our skills are in structural analysis, dynamic analysis, weapons system simulation and all aspects of ammunition design and analysis. Throughout our history there has been a need for rapid, accurate analysis of ammunition performance. With strong skills in both engineering analysis and software development we have been able to answer this need for our customers. Ten years ago we realized that our internal analysis tools had great value to our customers hence adding commercial software development and support to our list of product areas.
