For most clients, our primary custodians are 1) Nation's largest no-load mutual fund company and discount broker Fidelity Investments for both retirement and brokerage accounts and 2) TIAA-CREF , the no-load, non-profit financial services firm for limited after-tax annuity and term insurance needs. Unlike most investment advisors and brokerage/insurance salespeople who promote the failed "buy and hold, trust the stock market" asset allocation philosophy of money management, our investment strategy achieves superior investment returns by using an active, risk-managed approach.
