The Marketing Operations Department responsibility is to facilitate all Arrowhead producer appointments. In addition, the department also facilitates mass communications, producer management and works closely with all profit centers to leverage Arrowhead's agency force for new and existing product distribution opportunities. As Arrowhead grows, the Marketing Operations Department, with dedicated staff members, continues to create flexible solutions in order to accommodate the ever-changing needs of its internal and external customers.

The Automotive Aftermarket Insurance Program has a distinguished history dating back to 1922 when Universal Underwriters was formed to cover risks associated with auto dealerships. In 1981, Zurich American Insurance Company purchased Universal Underwriters Group. Then, in 1992, Universal Underwriters began offering insurance for the automotive aftermarket, which is the program our customers are familiar with today. In 2007, Universal Underwriters Group adopted the Zurich name.

Arrowhead is a program manager that works with multiple insurance carriers to provide our producers with quality insurance products from Personal Auto to Workers' Compensation.
