There are however, some expenses you would be required to absorb. Those charges are for the materials used in the production of the Motor Vehicle Excise and Demand bills, the Real Estate and Personal Property bills and the cost for the envelopes associated with your mailings (we provide the labor). At the present time we acquire forms and envelopes in quantity and have them billed directly to the town and delivered to our office. Our quantity purchasing will also represent a savings to your office. Should you decide to print your own bills we may be able to purchase the envelopes for you at a reduced cost anyway. We will pay for the cost of the software used in the Postal Certification process (up to 20% postage savings) as well as the initial programming expense needed to format your community to our databases and forms.
