Welcome to the Ash Youth Center The Glen Ash Youth Center resulted from the generosity of former residents Glen and Virginia Ash and is dedicated to the youth of Independence. The center is publicly supported with operating expenses divided among the City of Independence, Unified School District 446 and the Independence-USD 446 Recreation Commission.
