Aslan Construction, Incorporated is a general contracting company concentrating on water/wastewater construction in Colorado and Wyoming. Our focus at Aslan is to create a more rewarding building experience through high performance/low conflict working relationships. Aslan Construction was formed in 2001 by former employees of Lillard & Clark Construction, and has grown to include personnel from Garney, Western Summit, Centric Jones, Jennison, and many other respected civil contractors. Over eight years we have seen an increase in volume from $70 thousand in our first year to just under $13 million in 2008. We currently have 50 employees and a bonding capacity of $30 million. Our philosophy at Aslan is to seek the advantages that come from cooperative building partnerships founded on trust. We are committed to healthy working relationships which bring out the best in ourselves and our working partners. By taking this approach we believe there is more active inclusion of the expertise each working partner brings, resulting in better quality and lower cost. This has resulted in a final contract price at or below our original contract for over half of our completed projects to date. We are committed to excellence in our performance, and are developing a uniquely strong track record with consistently high quality, low change orders, friendly problem solving, and strong technical expertise. Our key personnel hold degrees in Civil, Mechanical, and Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Mathematics and Business. We have an in-house training program for Superintendents and Foremen, and do not lay-off employees between projects, ensuring a consistent product on every project. Although most of our work remains competitively bid, a growing portion of our program is design build. We also offer services as a construction manager and in pre-design.
