ASQ Technology, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of quartz boats for semiconducter wafers. Since 1980, ASQ has been providing the industry with patented Angle Slot Quartz boats that enhance IC device yield significantly. Over the past 22 years, ASQ has supplied the industry with over 100,000 quartz and silicon carbide boats worldwide. ASQ boats cover a full range of wafer sizes from 2-inch to 12-inch (300 mm) diameter for both horizontal and vertical furnaces. Working closely with our customers, our engineering team has provided experience and insight, and has received recognition. With the dedicated effort of our engineers, we hold 11 U.S. patents related to wafer boats, boat lift handles and wafer transfer machines.
