Summer DeWitt opened Assent real estate in August 2007. She has lived in and around Wichita Falls her entire life. She graduated from Iowa Park High School in 1997, and then attended Midwestern State University where she graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in both Finance and Spanish. In April 2002 she became a licensed Realtor and in April 2007 a licensed Broker. She began her career in real estate in 1998 while going to college by working as a licensed assistant for Wayne Pharris, who at that time was a residential real estate agent at Re/Max Wichita Falls. In August of 1999 she joined the Schaaf & Clark team where she worked with commercial real estate and property management. Throughout her career Summer has been involved with every aspect of the real estate business from residential buying and selling, commercial buying and selling, residential and commercial property management, as well as farm and ranch sales. She is well versed in it all. She opened Assent Real Estate to provide customers with a high energy, fresh choice when choosing their real estate professional. She is ready to work for you! Irwin and Sharon are long time residents of Wichita Falls and ready to utilize their knowledge of the local market to help you with your real estate needs. Irwin is experienced in contracting and general construction. He holds professional designations as a licensed insurance adjuster. He understands the importance of meeting strict guidelines and the benefit of working as a team to meet client’s expectations and needs. Sharon has worked in the medical profession for a number of years as a licensed vocational nurse and certified surgical technician. She has the patience, understanding and communication skills needed to facilitate a smooth transaction. Irwin and Sharon have been married for 18 years, are long time members of Evangel Temple Assembly of God church, and a contributor to missions. Sharon recently spent 2 weeks in Ghana West Africa where she visited hospitals and distributed clothing and shoes to a remote village near the Volta River.
