Tiki Bar/Restaurant : The receiver operated a 124 seat full service tiki bar per a 5-COP Liquor License issued by the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Requlation. The restaurant is a full service facility serving lunch and dinner. The Receiver worked with staff to re-brand the establishment, create a new menu, establish breakfast, nightly themes and special events. Band schedules were implemented to provide nightly live entertainment for patrons of the bar and restaurant. Both the bar and restaurant primarily service a local clientele and guests of the resort.

Property: The property consists of 1.14 acres and is improved with a 2,450 SF Sports Bar/Restaurant (125-seats). The bar currently provides 40-seats; while the dining area consists of 27 tables (with three to four seats each). A concrete patio surrounds the structure and provides a tropical atmosphere with Coconut Palm Trees and picnic tables for seating, parking for up to forty cars is also provided.

Asset Managers Duties: Since the property has been foreclosed the Asset Receivership Group is providing Asset Management Services which include: manage, maintain, and account for all business operations of the property. Also, provide an assessment of the operational characteristics of the facility, analyze the financial characteristics and report the same on a monthly basis.
