Associated Homes, Inc. is a family-owned and operated building company lead by Paul Turscak, his wife Geri and their son Jeremy, the General Contractor. As residents of Port St. Lucie for 28 years, the Turscaks have transformed their "mom and pop real estate operation" into one of the leading building companies on the Treasure Coast. Speaking from their Construction headquarters at 2710 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. Port St. Lucie, FL, the Turscaks attributed the success of their company to good timing, years of hard work and dedication to building a quality home; but most importantly attribute their success to a great sales and construction team. From its simple beginnings back in 1995 when Associated Homes incorporated, the company has grown steadily. While building as few as 30 homes per year in their early days to building and closing 300+ homes per year. "We've managed to grow exponentially without the benefit of advertising," says Mr. Turscak. "We generally don't advertise. It's all been referrals and word of mouth."
