Description

ARC has many years of experience in developing casting tooling for surface finishing and a variety of industries. ARC maintains a wide variety of tooling used in the surface finishing industry, to include machine and rack castings, buss bars, work bars, pushers and specialized units. We cast in a wide variety of copper, brass, aluminum materials, and we have a unique ability in tooling design to produce the castings in a most productive, cost effective fashion.

This process requires specific tooling requirements to include proper design of contacts to prevent distortion and to facilitate ease of loading and unloading, unique design abilities to conform to the shape and geometries of the part, a durable yet flexible coating, and the durability built into the design to offer an extended life cycle. ARC's market is heavily involved with POP and our design and manufacturing team has the knowledge and experience to meet the demands of the process and our customers.
