Associates of Triangle, Inc. is a full-service property management company that is one hundred percent dedicated to our clients and residents. It is our mission to provide professionalism, prompt and honest service, credibility and assurance to each of our clients. We will protect the interest of our clients by operating and managing their assets as profit-driven businesses. We will listen to the needs and goals of our clients and then act upon them.

Our management portfolio currently consists of Hud Financed and Subsidized, Cooperative, Tax Credit and Conventional developments. Management commencement dates are as recent as March, 2010, and date back as far as September 1978, thus, illustrating a solid, long-term commitment to providing quality service to our Owner(s).

Triangle Associates has extensive experience in working with Board of Directors of Cooperative and Non-Profit Corporations. In addition, several of our communities have Resident Council groups, which meet with their respective Regional Property Manager from our firm.

Triangle Associates, Inc. is quite diversified and possesses current and previous experience with HUD Financed and Subsidized, Cooperative, Tax Credit and Conventional developments. We have the flexibility, knowledge and experience to manage properties ranging from luxury to lower income apartments. Triangle has subsidy experience with Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs, Project Based Section 8, Section 8 vouchers and PRAC.

Triangle Associates has extensive experience in real estate management and can be invaluable in the design, construction, and operational planning for all types of properties. We are familiar with the requirements for both federally subsidized properties and market properties.
