It’s understandable why Mary came in worrying how in the world her parents were going to pay for care. Regardless of the amount of money Mom and Dad have, it seems like an impossible task. We reassure our families, it’s OK that you don’t have the answers. You’ve never done this before, that’s why you came to us. You can lean into our experience of working with over 500 families in the past 6 years.

It is a shame at the stress we’ve seen on people when they come into the office. When it comes to an ageing parent it is very stressful. There are a lot of good service providers that do wonderful things to help the families. We provide a service to our clients to coordinate the personal care, the financial and legal. By working together as a team with the care professional and the attorney, we can build a plan to know what the next move is regardless of the challenges that changes in health throws at us.
