Who is ASTD-Orange County? The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) is a national organization dedicated to the professional development of those in the training and organizational development fields. Founded in the late 1960's, ASTD-Orange County Chapter (ASTD-OC) serves the Orange County and surrounding areas of Southern California. We serve our members by providing a robust environment in which they can network, learn, and develop their careers. ASTD-Orange County is a not-for-profit organization, operated and sustained by our members.

Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of experience in career development, campus recruiting, human resources, and/or job-search advising. An MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.

1. Prior Experience in a similar role where excelled in training with similar type Pharmacy systems like CVS and Walgreens 2. Engage quickly with new systems/ has experience with new systems 3. Good judgment in a sensitive environment, 4. Strong communications skills 5.

Chapter Mission To provide a broad base of personal and learning experiences modeling a collaborative approach to new competencies, performance and fulfillment utilizing the new technologies and the changing environment we live in today. Our membership consists of a diverse network of professionals in the training and development field.
