We had come to the island after looking at other resort areas and fell in love with the small town community. There is an overwhelming air of community pride and the desire to keep their homes clean, well landscaped and attractive. It took a while to find exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford. Dennis never waivered in his interest or care or the amount of energy he expended while searching properties for us. He was always willing to adjust his personal schedule to allow for us to come down to look at properties.
